Consuming Powdered Foods

Powdered foods include potatoes, cereal, pasta, bread and rice. It is better to select wheat variety containing more fibers that are able to get you saturated for longer time. The powdered foods must be included in the half part of your consumed portion from your daily portion. Try to consume the foods containing flour substances when you eat a main course. Many people have thought that powdered foods can make you fat. The opinion is absolutely wrong. Otherwise, powdered foods contain a half of fats and calorie. So, it is not increasing your weight significantly.

Eating Fruits and Vegetables

This is a kind of healthy food to consume every day. Two types of foods contain cholesterol reducing substance and antioxidant. Green pea, broccoli and banana are great examples of foods to lose weight and maintain health. Moreover, soy bean and long bean are effectively reducing isoflavon and homosistein. The consumption of eight vegetable portions per a day with different kinds of fruits and vegetables can get various types of nutrition needed by your body.

Cooking More Fishes

Fishes are the good protein source and contain more vitamins and mineral. The aim of fish’s consumption is to keeping body health in which it is at least consumed two portions within a week. It includes a portion of oily fishes. Oily fishes containing omega 3 are able to avert the heart attack. The example of oily fishes are salmon, tuna, cod and many more. Try to combine fish types for daily consumption. It is used to get different great nutrition. Fishes are also beneficial to assist the brain growth for children.

Decreasing the Consumption of Sugar and Saturated Fats

Everyone needs fats in the consumed foods. But, you have to consider the number of kinds of fats consumed. There are two types of fats like saturated and non fats. Too much consumption of saturated fats is not good for the body health because it is reducing the number of cholesterol in the blood so that it takes a possibility of heart attack. The saturated fats include cheese, biscuits, cake, sausage, butter, pie, and butter cream. Try to consume non saturated fats including vegetable oil, oily fishes and avocado.

Taking Little Salt Foods

Eating salty food is actually not great for the body health. It is better to prevent adding salt too much in the cooked food because the salt consumption gives bad effects for the body health. It is able to increase blood pressure. It is strongly recommended to count the salt consumption and dosage in order that you do not pass the limited measurement of salt consumption. Those are some ways to decide healthy food to consume every day.
